Chantelle earned a Coaching Certification from Newfield Network (USA) and a three-year Scholarship at the Institute for Generative Leadership, Boulder, Colorado, both in 2014. These credentials have strengthened her expertise in organizational and business leadership development. Mervyn, the sole director of Pensive Learning (PTY) Ltd, specializes in researching, designing, and developing tailored learning programs that drive business success. With expertise in SAQA-accredited initiatives, he has played a key role in revamping BANKSETA Learnership Programs and pioneering occupational certificates with QCTO and BANKSETA.

His contributions extend to developing two CHE qualifications—Higher Certificate and Advanced Certificate in Banking—showcasing his commitment to advancing education. Mervyn collaborates with industry experts and language specialists to ensure quality, leveraging tools like Trello, Asana, and Articulate Storyline for seamless execution.

Through Pensive Learning, he empowers business owners to develop structured learning architectures for their workforce, bridging South Africa’s education gap. His expertise in curriculum design and instructional development transforms workforce potential, creating sustainable business growth.
